Avres Apartments

We spent plenty of time in the apartment and felt right at home. It was cool, clean and welcoming, with all the essentials, including a kitchen, washing machine and a balcony where we often enjoyed the evenings. Avres is in a very convenient spot, near a bus stop, the closest beach, the playground and the town center, but away from the bustle. Maria was kind and helpful from the beginning, even before we booked. I chose Avres for our first vacation with a child, and I'm really glad we did. Highly recommend!

Maria and Konstantinos were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their warmth really stayed with us. We had an unforgettable week in Skiathos and highly recommend Avres Apartments. The apartment was tastefully furnished with thoughtful details, and every room had air conditioning. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine, stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster and milk frother. The mattress and pillows were wonderful, everything was spotless, and the terrace had lovely high-quality furniture. We could walk to the town center, while staying on a quiet side street. Simply top-notch! 👍😍

The host was warm and attentive, and the apartment looked just like the pictures. It was cozy and comfortable, with the harbor about a 10-minute walk away. I’d only add a shower curtain. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The balcony was a great place to sit through the midday heat, with its awning, sofa, and table. The apartment itself is roomy and well placed for a quick walk to the town beach, harbor, cafés, and restaurants. There are two double beds plus a sofa bed that’s comfortable enough, and the hosts are very friendly. My two small gripes are the living room lighting, which could be spread out more pleasantly, and the missing shower curtain. Water gets everywhere, so the bathroom stays wet and flip-flops are handy. I’d take off half a star for those, but since I can’t, I’m rounding up. :)
