Ifigenia Hotel

We hadn't planned to stay here, but after finding the last available room we changed our plans, and it turned out to be a great choice. The family were lovely, and our eight-month-old and I were really impressed. They provided a baby crib, and the room was very clean with new furniture. The pool was clean and comfortably warm. The hotel sits right in the middle of town, but we could walk everywhere without hearing the bars' noise. There's parking, and good restaurants are close by. You can get to any beach by car, bus or ATV. I'd gladly return and totally recommend it.

This was our second stay at ifeengia, and everything went smoothly again. The helpful Greek family made things easy, from ordering taxis to providing towels for our departure. The pool was lovely, and we often had it to ourselves. Air conditioning and a safe were included in the price. The location is great for buses, with a short walk from the bus station where the airport bus drops you. It's also very close to town and the harbour. We started our 11-day stay in Skiathos, which could get a bit too hot at times.

We were glad we ended up here after arriving at the airport unable to stay at our first hotel. We walked in to ask about a room, and the young man at reception went out of his way to find one and help us. The room was clean, the location was great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My friend had left something valuable behind, and we only realized at the airport. Security wouldn't let us leave, so we contacted the hotel. The young man immediately offered to bring it down to us. We really appreciated that and had a great stay.

The location was nice, but that was about it. We expected a double bed and got two single beds pushed together. If you can get it cheaply, book it, but for what we paid, it wasn't worth the price.
