A car is pretty much essential here, given the rural setting, which was exactly what we wanted. We spent two relaxing weeks at Olivia’s Luxury Villas (Villa 1), and the villa was immaculate, with Katarina taking care of the housekeeping. The views and surroundings were amazing, and Roula and her husband Panos were wonderful hosts. It felt like a fantastic home from home.

We’ve been back several times over the last nine years, and the view is hard to beat. It’s a rural spot with both sea and mountain views, and the villa has been well equipped, with its facilities upgraded regularly over the years. Skiathos Bay and town are only about a 10-minute drive away. The hosts are lovely, professional and friendly. Highly recommend. Gordon & Anne

The owners were helpful whenever we needed something, and the villa was well looked after and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back next time we’re in Skiathos.

We’re planning to return to the villas. They’re beautiful, the setting is stunning, and everything felt perfect. Roula and the housekeeping are excellent.

We had a lovely stay, thanks! The villa is in a quiet part of the island, with a stunning view, and it’s well kept. There are all the utensils you need, plus a gas grill in the yard. The owner and staff were very helpful.
