The room was spacious, with a pleasant balcony view, good WIFI and a TV with internet channels like youtube. Having a fridge was useful, though I missed having cups, a kettle or drinking water, and had to get water from a shop or fountain each day. The bathroom was clean but smelled moldy, and you had to hold the shower head. Street noise from motorbikes carried into the room, so it wasn't sound-proof, but it didn't bother me and I slept okay. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. There was enough to leave you full, and for the price it was decent, though repetitive. The deli meats were processed, the sausages tasted terrible and the fruit juice was artificially flavoured. The coffee machine was much appreciated, but it didn't work some days, and staff didn't try to provide hot drinks. Omelette, toast and fresh fruit would have been nice. Finding the basic hotel from the port was tricky at first, and one route has a very steep climb. Still, it's ideally placed for getting around and finding places to eat, and the price was respectable considering breakfast was included. The manager was welcoming, but she hadn't told me the safe couldn't be used before I locked my valuables in it and couldn't reopen it. She blamed me, which didn't feel nice. Room cleaning happened daily, but the process felt disorganized. The cleaners didn't always understand requests and sometimes came in when I wasn't ready. A simple room-clean sign on the door would have helped. Towels and bedsheets weren't changed each night, which I expected as a basic hotel service.

We had a very spacious terrace with a nice view, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are large too, but quite dark inside, with too little lighting and very basic equipment. Breakfast was similarly simple. The place is close to the central part of town.

Everything was tidy and super clean, and I had a very comfy bed and room. I got a warm welcome and support with whatever I needed. Everything is within walking distance, including NH, and the bus stop is very close.

We were lucky to stay just one night. The room was tiny and not very clean, and the bathroom was dirty, with rust-covered taps and shower head. There was no shampoo or body wash, just a dirty half-full liquid soap container covered in toothpaste spit. A fridge was provided, but no complimentary water. The staff were no help, and breakfast was appalling. Food was uncovered and exposed to flies. When I asked a gloomy staff member for a toaster, they just said no. I had a coffee and left quickly.
