Zaki-1 Premium

The villa felt very private and peaceful while we were there, and Zaki was so friendly and helpful, always available if we needed anything. We loved the mountain setting and the views across Skiathos town, and the accommodation was immaculate. We hired a jeep and would recommend having some kind of 4x4 to get around. We'll be back as soon as we can!

For our family, the main draw was the calm and privacy we want on a two-week island holiday. Zaki's villas above Skiathos town delivered that. We were unsure about staying in a group of villas, but the walls, greenery, and staggered layout give each one a secluded feel, even with neighbors nearby. By the pool, under an umbrella, we could look out at the Aegean and the white buildings below. Every so often an ATV made a noisy trip up the hill behind us, but the birdsong was much more common. The villa matched the website photos, and Zaki was a warm, accommodating host. Everything we needed was there, and if something wasn't quite right, she would sort it out with a smile. You will need a car unless you plan to cook all your meals or eat at Panorama, just 50 meters up the hill, where the menu is broad enough for that. Our kids are 5, 11, and 15, and we usually avoid hotels. This was a peaceful, private place that suited us perfectly. Truly a five-star stay.

We spent 10 days at Zaki Villa 3 and loved meeting Zaki. She helped organize the trip, arranged for the rental car to be at the airport, made sure baby supplies were waiting at the villa, and pointed us toward places to see around Skiathos. The villa is spacious, modern, beautiful, and fully equipped. Its infinity pool and views of the surrounding islands were the best part, a lovely spot to relax. Set in the hills, it's quieter and cooler than the city, but still close to the airport, Skiathos town, and most beaches. We'd love to return next year.

A lovely place to unwind on Skiathos. The villas are great, the view is fantastic, and everything was very clean. Zaki was happy to help whenever we had a question. It's up a hill with no bus going there, so renting a car is a good idea. We had a wonderful stay.
