The location was pretty good, but the room was awful. When I opened the door, all I could think was, what a dump. The bathroom was tiny, even smaller than my balcony, and a shower left everything wet. Kids outside at night made it a nightmare for me. The cleaner was the worst part. I was showering in that tiny bathroom when she came to clean the room. I locked the door, but she opened it while I was still in the shower. I hated that. There was a cat pee smell everywhere, and lots of cats around even though I'm allergic to their fur. The worst hotel I've ever been in.

The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony, new air conditioner, kitchen appliances, fridge, and TV. The location is handy if you have a car, close to the center. Getting there by GPS was chaotic, though, so know that before you set off. Our kind, friendly host offered to pick us up at the port, which helped a lot. We stayed for three days in July 2021, and found the staff friendly too. It was an excellent choice.

Stavroula and her family made our stay joyful, full of love and celebration. They're gracious, delightful hosts. Stavroula's House is a lovely base for seeing the island, with the beach about a half-hour walk away and a butcher and coffee shop just a short walk from the house.

We had a great time, and the whole family running the rooms was friendly and always smiling. The room wasn't large, but it was comfortable, with a perfectly adequate bathroom and a handy little balcony. It's about a five-minute walk to the main road and close to the center. I liked being far enough from the center to avoid distracting noise while still being able to get there easily.
