Minnŏ Boutique Hotel & Spa

Our private pool was great, though the north-facing terrace got little sun because the canopy is fixed. A retractable one would help. The room was spotless, cleaned daily, and towels were changed regularly. The air conditioning was excellent and quiet, and each room had a big TV with some English channels. The hotel has clearly had a lot of thought put into its design, and the finish is high standard. We visited toward the end of September, when it was very quiet. We had a lovely first-night dinner at the hotel overlooking the infinity pool, and the breakfast was wonderful. Staff were great too. It's a little outside Skopelos town, around a 10-15 minute walk to the main waterfront, which was fine after a big meal. There are also several tavernas right nearby.

We spent 5 days here with our 11 year old tweens and would love to come back. The hotel is stylish and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. There was care in every detail, from the music and pillows to the humidity controller for each plant. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast brought together local and Mediterranean flavors using very good ingredients. The forest fruit smoothie, omelette, and scrambled eggs are especially worth trying.

The atmosphere was lovely, with a thoughtfully designed space where it was easy to relax. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. I especially loved the homemade bread with olive oil and olives, I couldn't stop nibbling at it. The chicken ballotine with ravioli was an unexpected flavor combination. For a hotel, the experience went beyond what I expected, and I'd highly recommend it.

The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and every dish we tried was super tasty. Prokopis walked us through the whole menu in detail, so we ended up sampling all the plates. The service was amazing. I also had the best spa massage I've ever enjoyed. Ben has magical hands and a lot of knowledge. It was an incredible experience.
