The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with its own fireplace and a small balcony overlooking glorious views. There was plenty of hot water and the WiFi was decent. Our friendly host was lovely, and Kosmas center is just a few minutes away on foot. It’s a traditional, imposing hotel with lots of room inside and out. There are quirky little touches everywhere, including a vintage thimble collection I admired. We played cards at the big table beside an open fire in the sitting room.

The Owners were very friendly, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was excellent, too. It’s lovely accommodation in an amazing town with a rich history, and I recommend it.

The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and there was lots of hot water. This traditional stone pension is in a very quiet spot, with lovely balcony views. You can walk to Kosmas square and its tavernas, and breakfast was nice. The reception was friendly, parking was easy and private, and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Hidden away in the village of Kosmas at 1100meters, this place brings back the kind of Greek hospitality you used to find. Panagiota and her husband made everything run smoothly and went above and beyond. They gave us hiking advice and restaurant recommendations, and made us feel like family right from the start. If you find a room available, look no further. This is THE place.

We spent Easter here, and it was so peaceful, beautiful, and well cared for. Our room was spacious, breakfast was great, and the village center was only a 5 min walk away. It’s an amazing guesthouse in the picturesque village of Kosmas Arkadias, ideal for a romantic getaway, exploring nature, or recharging. Panagiota and her husband were the best hosts, professional, friendly, caring, and warm. They’ve marked the trekking paths and can offer advice. We’ll definitely visit again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
