The only thing we missed was being right on the seafront. Otherwise, the place was well equipped and well located for trips to the beaches at Poulithra, which I'd recommend, or towards Sabatiki. There was a luxurious double room upstairs and another in the basement, both with ensuite bathrooms and a nice, cool feel. There's even a washing-machine. The garden is greener and much nicer than the photos suggest, and the apartments have lovely terraces. We barely saw any mosquitoes during our stay. Pets are welcome!!

The house was perfect, with a big yard and easy parking for the car on the property. It's a modern build with air conditioners and radiators. Inside, there are two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. Perfect! 👏👏👏

The main drawback is the noise at night with the windows open. The main road to Leonidio/sea and dogs in the area both make noise. There are baby gates on the stairs, but the house isn't suitable for people with mobility problems, which is a shame because it would be ideal for a three-generation family stay. Otherwise, the quality and attention to detail are at a homeowner's level. The furnishings are tasteful and precise, with Coco-Mat mattresses, Guy Laroche linens, wooden frames with double glazing, functional screens everywhere, and a fireplace. There are three levels, three bedrooms, two functional bathrooms with proper shower curtains, one spacious WC, two balconies with views and sun loungers, and a veranda with a carved marble table. Three quiet, brand new air conditioners and ample wooden wardrobes. It comfortably sleeps six, plus another two on sofas/beds. The green surroundings include private parking. The professional owners are the same as at the excellent Hotel Archontiko Ha"panagioti 4****, as is the helpful manager. You can opt for breakfast at Archontiko Ha"panagioti, a 15' walk or 10' drive, plus parking. PS. I wonder if the dissatisfied lady who specializes in retail store reviews and rated it 1* actually stayed in another accommodation....
