Argy & Katerina were wonderful hosts, warm and friendly, with clear instructions and really useful tips. We spent 10 days at Gatzea Villas in April 2025 with our two daughters and loved it. The villa was well equipped, with comfortable beds and showers, and the owners left us a lovely welcome pack of local products. It’s a great base for exploring the Pelion region, and we also took a two-day trip to Meteora. The small village has a few excellent restaurants and you can rent a boat. That’s a great way to reach hidden beaches or islands. The neighbours have recently opened a bar with the best coffee and cocktails.

The house is huge and beautiful, and we had a wonderful time there. We especially loved having our morning coffee on the front beach. The kids enjoyed it too, and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. One of the most amazing places in Pelion.

The hosts made us feel so welcome, and the villa has so many thoughtful touches that make for a great holiday. It’s luxurious, with a beautiful design, a lovely garden, an excellent private pool and a breathtaking view. Our vacation in Gatzea was amazing, and we’ll definitely be back many more times.

We stayed at Gato Gatzea villa and were warmly welcomed by the property manager. Great hospitality, and the villa had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Kato Gatzea is full of lovely, friendly people, and the villa is in a brilliant spot right by the sea. Restaurants, cafes and bars are just steps away, and there’s also a beach a short walk from the house. Argi and his wife welcomed us, and Argi shared excellent suggestions for places to visit and eat. The villa itself is one of the best we’ve stayed in, with every detail thought through, including a welcome basket of treats and a huge stand piled with fruit. A great place to stay.
