Archontiko Seaside Hotel

We drove two and a half hours to get to this hotel expecting a proper stay, but the room looked nothing like the photos. It was old, broken, poorly maintained, and had peeling walls. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. I went to reception to raise the problem, and the owner shouted at me over the phone without trying to find a solution. Reception staff had said we would get a refund, but in the end there was no refund and no proper resolution. I felt completely dismissed as a guest and didn't want to stay. I paid for the room, stayed only about ten minutes, then lost a significant part of our couple's vacation trying to find somewhere else suitable. The whole experience showed a total lack of professionalism, respect, and care for guests. I hope other travelers know before booking. For Israelis who read this review, just run and don't go anywhere near this place under any circumstances!!
