We stayed at Sabouko from 02-04/01/2026, and the sea view from the mountains was amazing. The rooms were spotless and spacious. Mrs Aspasia and her husband served a wonderful breakfast in the house's main lounge, with local jams and dishes, fruit, and homemade pastries. We had a lovely stay and hope to visit Vyzitsa and Sabouko again. Thank you, Mrs Aspasia!

Aspasia made us feel like family at Sabouko, and our girls came away with generous kitchen lessons so they can make homemade pita and baklava for us. We felt completely at home. Our apartment was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and it stayed cool at night. Breakfast was plentiful, with special homemade treats for the guests. It was a truly special stay, and we'd return if we find ourselves in this gorgeous corner of the world again. Deep thanks to Aspasia!

Espanias and George looked after us so warmly that we felt like family. The guesthouse is stunning, set in the countryside just a few minutes' drive from Pinakates. I also recommend a stroll through the little village to the square of Vizitsa. It feels like stepping back in time.

We meant to stay one night in Vyzitsa, but the beauty of the place and the hospitality kept us there for almost a week. The guest house is a lovingly and stylishly revamped traditional family home, and the village itself feels authentic. Aspasia was kind, interesting, and the best host I've met. You can tell she genuinely loves people, and she made us a delicious breakfast with homemade products. The rooms were lovely, clean, and had nice bathrooms and super comfortable beds. There's also a beautiful view from the terrace. It's a great base for exploring Pelion's nature and beaches. Thank you for everything, Aspasia.

A calm spot overlooking the valley, Sabouko Guest House is only a five-minute walk from Vyzitsa's main square. The house is family owned and has kept its genuine architecture and form from several centuries ago, while the interiors feel cool and contemporary. The bathrooms are beautiful, and everything has been done with care and style. Mme Aspesia welcomed us warmly and was so generous that our stay became more than just a vacation. Sabouko means Elder in Greek, the tree with the refined-scented flowers used for tea and the fruit used in the prized Vyzitsa elder fruit jam. The place feels just as special, delicate, and refined. Charming and original in every way.
