The yard is calm and pleasant, and the place is in Koropi, about 1 km from a good beach. The room itself was clean, as were the sheets and towels. The beds were okay, and they changed the towels after two days and tidied the room every day. But this is a very basic place to stay. The kitchen is barely equipped, with many basics missing, including a pan for making an omelet. The owner barely understands English, but told me pans weren’t allowed for safety reasons, which felt very strange and disappointing. There was no kitchen towel either, and water covered the bathroom floor after every shower. Not nice.

The rooms are small, and the shower is about 40 square cm. The water is cold and barely flows. The host doesn't know basic English, and even when he understands you, he ignores you. The Wi-Fi is very weak. Almost any other hotel or guesthouse in the area would be better.

We had a great stay for the price, and the location between the beaches was perfect for our family. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the yard was nice, and there was great parking plus a huge grill :D Thanks for everything, mister Vanghelis. A 10+ for all of it.

A lovely view from the balcony, and the room was spacious and came equipped. Great place.

For six years now, we’ve spent every summer at this great place to relax. It’s clean, cozy, beautiful and quiet.
