Last summer, I stayed here as a backpacker traveling alone. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and suggested great places and things to see. I had a very clean room and bathroom to myself, with a breathtaking view. It felt like a godsend, and I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in Greece again.

Christina welcomed me to Christina's Guest House with oranges from her tree, and she was a gracious, genuinely lovely host. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. It's peaceful and quiet, just a few steps from local cafes and shops, with a quick drive up to the ruins. A great base for exploring Mystras and for hiking.

Christina Guest House sits beside Mystras's small, charming square, within walking distance of tavernas, a kafeneio, a mini market, and more. The lower entrance to the Byzantine site of Mystras is about 1.5 kms away, and Paroria is 1km in the other direction. Elena was warm and welcoming, always ready to help, and lovely to chat with. She even helped me book a taxi to Sparta when I checked out. I felt completely at home here. Thank you, Elena, for such a superb stay. If you're visiting Mystras, this is the place to stay.

Christina, who owns the place, is lovely and makes you feel at home. The setting has a Greek feel and is close to the old castle and ancient ruin Village. Sparta city is nearby too and nice to visit. A perfect place to rest, 100% recommendable.
