I realized right after booking that I’d picked the wrong date because the Google booking display confused me. I politely contacted the property straight away and asked if I could move it by one day, since I wouldn’t even be in Greece that night. They wouldn’t offer a refund, partial refund, or date change because of their policy and “full occupancy.” I understand that policies exist, but I was surprised there was no flexibility for an honest mistake reported immediately. I ended up paying for a room I couldn’t use, then had to pay for another place on the correct date. After I’d pretty much begged, they did eventually offer a 30% discount on a future booking. That doesn’t help me, since I won’t be in Greece in the future and can’t use it. To me, real customer service means showing some understanding when a clear mistake is reported right away, and a bit of humanity. So cold:(

I only needed seven hours of sleep before an early flight, and this was a much better option than sleeping on the airport floor. The apartment was spacious, quiet, and felt safe, with strong air conditioning and great wifi. Local food delivery had lots of choices, though I didn’t get to walk around, so I can’t comment on the area. I chose assisted check-in because I was concerned about finding the place alone. Someone met me when I arrived from the airport and showed me how everything worked. The hosts also offered self-check-in. My airport transfer cost €15, but it took me a while to find my driver among all the taxis. She was in the passenger pick up lane, not the taxi lane, so that’s where to look. An airport taxi might be simpler. I was happy with the stay and would come back. Thanks for the hospitality!

The lady working there was so friendly, helpful, beautiful, and sympathetic. It’s a wonderful, really beautiful hotel, and I’ll recommend it to anyone coming from Turkey. From now on, whenever I travel to Athens, I’ll only stay here. Thanks.

Really great place, with lots of space and a great beamer. The Boxes were pretty quiet at max volume, and I couldn’t quite figure out the shower xD. Still, a great place to stay.

Very welcoming and clean, and great for a business trip. They even have a free Netflix account! I highly recommend it.
