The peaceful spot was perfect for a relaxing holiday, with Agia Marina, one of the best beaches, nearby and downtown Spetses just a short distance away. Panos made a big difference to our stay. He was accommodating whenever we had a request and shared useful local tips about what to do and where to go. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the location was good, about a 10-15 minute walk from the old port. But the hotel itself was in bad shape. Our two-room apartment had just one AC, the walls were in terrible condition, and the mattresses felt like rocks. It definitely needs renovating.

The owner and his family gave us an outstanding welcome and couldn’t have done more to make us feel at home. The accommodation is basic, but the rooms were very clean, the pool was good, and breakfast and drinks were great. It was quiet and peaceful, and we had a wonderful six-night visit. The centre is a 15-minute uphill walk, though taxis were a reasonable 10 euros. A huge thank you to the owners and staff.

Panos, the owner, and Aliki are some of the kindest, friendliest people you could meet. Service matters here, and English is welcomed if Greek isn’t your first language. Lianos Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Spetses, with a short walk to a beach where you can reserve umbrellas and get waiter service. I can’t wait to return and spend a few days here.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and even gave us rides to and from the hotel. The pool was very nice, and everything was clean and felt safe. It was easy to walk to Palio Limani, and having a mini market on site was a big plus. I’d definitely recommend it.
