It was a comfortable, low-key place for me as a solo traveler. I stayed three nights while in spetses and got more than I expected for the price: good AC, a good breakfast, room service, and more. Spiros, the owner, is very kind.

Everyone was helpful and friendly, and they even drove us to the port when we left. The location worked well for us, with a beach just a two-minute walk away and the port about 15 minutes on foot. Our room was amazing, with a very comfortable bed, good air conditioning, warm water, and daily cleaning. Breakfast was really nice too, with lots of options for a hotel that isn’t huge. We’d definitely recommend it!

There wasn’t any breakfast during our April stay, apparently because it was low season. That hadn’t been clear beforehand, which was a shame. The room felt very humid and had an unpleasant, slightly musty smell, possibly mold. There were no fly screens on the balcony door, so mosquitoes bothered us at night. On our first night, we even found a millipede in the room. We stayed for two nights.

Spiro's made our stay so much better with professional, five-star service and really went above and beyond. Thank you so much! 😂 The staff were lovely and gave us VIP treatment. The room was clean and beautiful, and the location was great, close to the best beaches and restaurants. We had an amazing time and will be back! The Pappageorge family!

The host was amazing, friendly, and helpful during our stay. It’s a laid-back hotel with good beds and a good shower, just what I needed for a few days on the island. It’s a five-minute walk to a coffee house, restaurant, the center, or bike and scooter rental. The hotel is far enough from the main road that you don’t hear the scooters, which are the island’s main way of getting around.
