Antonio and his mother were lovely hosts. They gave us several gifts and were ready to help with anything. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom easy to use, and there were enough well-placed outlets. Wi-Fi also worked quite well. For the price, we came away satisfied, though there were some drawbacks. Other residents were loud at night several times, and the road outside made it hard to rest with the window open. With it shut, the room got very hot, so paying extra for air conditioning was a shame. We didn’t miss having a pool, since the sea was there. One warning Antonio gave us proved true: if you park a quad bike outside, don’t fill it with gas, as some was stolen overnight. We regretted not listening.

The breakfast alone is worth choosing the included option. Toni's mother makes it herself, and it was perfect, a wonderful taste of authentic Greek food. Toni and his mother were also incredibly kind and helpful. When I had an ear problem from the water, he offered to take us to a clinic and insisted on driving so we could get there faster. He helped whenever we had a question or needed something. Wish I could give them 6/5.

Antony was funny and really helpful with everything we asked for. The place itself was cozy, quiet, and clean, close to Stalis beach and the bus stop. Definitely recommend it!

Toni and his mum made us feel very welcome, and they cook a generous breakfast with fresh ingredients. This is a budget family hotel in Stalis, with plenty of bars and tavernas nearby. Getting transport to Heraklion and other areas is easy too. The weather here tends to stay good through the end of September. Thank you!
