The small complex has only a few rooms, which gave our five-night stay a very intimate, pleasant feel. It sits up high with a magnificent view over Stalida, and the location is lovely and away from the noise. The pool was fantastic. We did have a few problems: there were some unpleasant smells in the room, the TV didn’t work, and we could hear chairs moving and footsteps from upstairs because the sound insulation could be better. Still, the hospitality was wonderful. Manos welcomed us so warmly, gave us lots of advice and always had a smile. He’s there every day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and makes the best freddo cappuccinos in the region. Thank you, Manos, and all the best.

Thanks, Manos, for all your hospitality. You made us delicious cocktails, poured me lovely beers, and recommended three restaurants and a boat trip. You helped make our holiday great. The apartment was great too, and the location was even better.

Manos made our October trip so special. He was incredibly welcoming, helped us sort out tours, pointed us toward good local restaurants, and patiently answered all our questions. The rooms were just right, and there were thoughtful little touches everywhere. We loved the location at Everest Apartments too. Manos knows the area inside out and was always happy to help, whether that meant booking a taxi or car, calling for takeaway, or even arranging a groom for our dog. He was polite and genuinely pleasant throughout. The complex has ten apartments, a good-sized pool facing Stallis Bay, and daily housekeeping. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Easily worth five stars.
