We booked the suite through a tour agency, but it was nothing like the listing. The place looked neglected, from the shabby entrance door and dusty, worn furniture to the dirty floors and filthy bathroom. There were stains on the bed sheets and worn, stained towels, plus a cockroach in the kitchen cupboard and a shower that leaked. We reported the problems first to the local Christian Tour representative, who called the hotel manager. The manager claimed we’d received “excellent services.” During the stay, proper cleaning never happened. On the third day, staff came into the rooms, took away a few empty cans, and left everything else, even though we’d asked for cleaning. They didn’t change the sheets or towels, and there was no toilet paper. We were told to buy it ourselves because the hotel only supplies some for the first 2-3 days. It was a very unpleasant stay, with unfriendly, aggressive behavior and a lack of basic hospitality. This wasn’t what we paid for.

This place felt like an abandoned building, not somewhere for tourists. From the first day the room was filthy, with stained sheets, a disgusting bathroom, a cockroach in the kitchen, a broken shower, a rusty stove, and furniture falling apart. Reception was shut, and the so-called staff were rude and no help. Housekeeping appeared once in three days, but didn’t clean, change the sheets, or even replace the towels. Basic hygiene and respect for guests just weren’t there. Don’t waste your time or money here.

There was an extra €50 fee for air conditioning, but they only told us when we arrived. If we’d known beforehand, we wouldn’t have booked. The apartment also didn’t look like the photos, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. Bedding and towels were stained. The hosts were unprofessional. A younger receptionist spoke English, but I only saw him at check-in. The older staff member was rude and only spoke English to tell us to leave before 11 a.m., even though the listed checkout time was 12. A very poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend the property.

The kitchenette was no use for cooking: there was just one oven, and it was so rusty it couldn’t be used. The air conditioning also cost an extra 50 euros per room, which we only learned when we arrived. The hosts were rude and unhelpful. Terrible experience, and I’d tell others to avoid it. I wouldn’t return.
