The food was excellent and didn’t leave us feeling bloated. There wasn’t as much choice as at a standard all-inclusive, but the quality was exceptional, and the staff were friendly. The all-inclusive drinks cover soft drinks and local alcohol, such as ouzo, Cretan beer, and local wines. Branded drinks cost extra. We had a balcony suite, and the rooms were great. The pool area made up for not having a patio pool. There was good sun throughout the day, without shaded spots or tall buildings blocking it. Although it’s beside a commercial road in malia, evening noise wasn’t much of an issue. We arrived early in the morning and Stavros gave us a warm welcome and booking. Andy was also brilliant when helping us sort out a transfer problem at the end. Great value for the price, and I’d come back.

The pool was a lovely place to unwind, and I really liked the hotel’s style. It was quiet and never felt overcrowded, a good choice for relaxing near the beach. Everything seemed clean and well cared for, and the team were welcoming and willing to help from the moment we arrived. I’d happily stay again.

The food was fresh and good quality, unlike the usual all-inclusive places where it feels like they serve anything. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the reception team were always ready to help. We felt the Greek hospitality, and the area was peaceful and relaxing. If you’re after nightlife or entertainment, nearby Hersonissos is an easy option, about 10 minutes away by car.

We visited in may and had a really calm stay. The location is excellent, all the spaces were clean, and the food was delicious. Everyone was polite and friendly, from reception to the bartender manos. Absolutely first rate, keep up the good work! 👍👍👍👍👍

The bartender really knew his stuff and clearly loves what he does. His signature drinks were the highlight for me, especially if you like a cocktail with a little twist. There were different kinds of food, so everyone could find something they liked. The staff were kind and chatty, and the whole hotel was lovely, set in a calm, pleasant location. Such a great experience :)
