Porto Angeli Beach Resort – All Inclusive

We stayed five nights and had a great time overall. There’s a huge selection of food, the bars are amazing, and the beach and amenities are great. The resort is very family friendly, with fun animation programs. Most of the staff were extremely nice. We did have a couple of reservations. Our room was roomy, clean, and updated, but didn’t feel like a five-star room. Some dishes could have been better, though the selection was amazing and you could see the effort behind it. We’d still warmly recommend the resort. Thank you again!

The junior suite with its own pool and beautiful view is well worth recommending. We stayed two nights and had a lovely time. Staff were consistently kind and helpful, and we especially liked breakfast at the adults-only restaurant. The hotel was spotless overall, although we saw a few cigarette butts near the beach umbrellas.

The soup and salad bar was good, and the rooms are nicely spread out, though that means a long walk to the main dining area. It seems good for children. We stayed two nights and found it very good for people who enjoy all-inclusive, but that kind of holiday isn’t for us.

We’re here for a week with our large family, and nearly everything at Porto Angeli Beach Resort has been excellent: the rooms, restaurants, pools and beach, especially the housekeeping team and the bar and restaurant staff. Our main disappointment has been the Guest Relations representative. We’ve asked simple questions three times and felt talked down to each time. Her manner seemed arrogant and dismissive, and we didn’t feel heard. She often appeared irritated rather than ready to help. It’s been uncomfortable enough that we now hesitate to approach her, which isn’t what Guest Relations should feel like. We still have two days here and hope things improve. The rest of the resort deserves praise, and we’re sharing this so management can address it. A warmer, more respectful approach, listening first, acknowledging concerns, and offering solutions would bring this part of the experience up to the resort’s otherwise high standard.
