The rooms are large, and the air conditioning worked well with no smells. The owners were very friendly, eager to help, and thorough with the cleaning. I hadn't booked through Booking, so there was no pressure from the possibility of a bad rating. I think they cleaned so carefully every day because they care about their guests. The kitchen had more quality equipment than you usually get: loads of cups, glasses, plates and cutlery, plus an oven with a timer so you can't forget it on, a toaster and even a frappe mixer. There are nice taverns nearby, and the place is peaceful, quiet, with an amazing view and a big balcony. I have two complaints, which is why I didn't give five stars. It's a bit difficult to park right outside while unloading, although there is plenty of parking a minute away once your things are out. Also, the shower water comes from a well and was sometimes hotter than I wanted.

There are polite staff and daily cleaning. The studio has adequate amenities, including a kitchenette, with quiet views over Peristera island. It's right above the fishing boat port, with a few fish taverns nearby.

They advertise 60-square-metre apartments with cooking utensils and appliances. That wasn't what we got. There were two rooms, one of which shared a kitchen, and no table to eat at. The toilet leaked, leaving the whole sink area wet. You also share the porch with the neighbours, which is fine if they're nice, but could be a problem if they're not. For €95 a night, there are better options with better access and much better accommodation.
