Afrodite Luxury Villa

The owners were kind, thoughtful, and quick to help. We arrived to wine and water, and later the owner brought us sweet bread and ice creams. When the power went out one day, I got in touch and heard back immediately. It was due to nearby wildfires and came back a few hours later. Any other issues were dealt with straight away too. I’d happily come back. We were a family of four and stayed for two weeks in August 2025. The villa was beautifully presented and felt luxurious, with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, the showers had strong pressure and could get quite hot, and the air conditioning was excellent, which we definitely needed. Having a pool to ourselves was lovely, especially for a lively swim at night. A few practical things: washing-up liquid, sponges, and dishwasher capsules were provided, and there was an outdoor clothes airer with some pegs, though I brought extras. We used the washing machine a few times and had brought our own wash pods, as none were supplied. Soap, shampoo, and hand wash were in the bathrooms. We brought beach towels but didn’t need them because both bath and beach towels were provided. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance. We also walked to places on the other side of Svoronata using a path through the fields, then came back along the busier roads. It took about 15 minutes, but you’ll want to think about your footwear. That’s common in Greece, and part of why we love it.
