We paid the full amount online for a nonrefundable booking because the refundable option was only €5 more and we didn’t want to pay cash at the hotel. When our trip dates changed, we asked to move the booking rather than cancel it, but they said they couldn’t make any changes. This isn’t just about keeping the payment. The policy needs work, and clients should be treated with respect instead of being ignored. We’ll book somewhere else with better management. And that reply came three months later. Pretty professional, lol. Please skip the canned apologies and improve how you handle customers, or this policy will keep damaging your reputation. Have a good day 💩 😬.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. My room had mosquitoes, the food was both poor and overpriced, and the pool closed an hour before it was supposed to, so I couldn’t use it. The taxi from the airport cost €25.

The Wi-Fi was so weak it was almost unusable. Otherwise, it’s a very nice hotel, with roomy rooms, a distinctive round pool, and staff who were very kind. Breakfast was just right, and the location is handy for the airport, about a 12-minute drive away without any plane noise.

It’s fine for a night before a flight. The airport is close, the staff were excellent, breakfast was good, and the pool looked lovely. But the room wasn’t clean: I found hair in the dresser and shower, and it smelled bad. The shower was in rough shape, with limescale and mold on the head, and there was no hot water until they fixed it the next morning. The air conditioner didn’t cool, so I cleaned its dust-filled filter myself.

We were part of a group of about 40 staying here for a wedding nearby. The food was great, especially the bifteki mosxari, and our room was clean. The pool was lovely and clean too. The receptionist and the woman in the kitchen worked incredibly hard, serving us right away without even taking a break. I really want to thank them.
