We kept returning for dinner even after we’d left the accommodation, going back three more nights. The calamari was the best we tried on the whole island, and the rabbit, fish, and desserts were all delicious too. The food really is extraordinary. It’s a quiet, family-run place, and the whole family made us feel welcome. The mother is a wonderful cook, the father hunts rabbits and they have a farm, and their son was especially friendly. We were lucky enough to catch a Greek night, with raki, dancing to the Greek zorba, and lots of laughter. Those are memories we’ll keep. Highly recommend it if you want to experience Cretan life.

This family-run hotel had a warm, welcoming feel for guests of all ages. We had a wonderful stay, with a beautiful sea view, a nice pool, and tasty food. The rooms were cleaned impeccably, and the staff communicated exceptionally well. A great choice for families.

Katerina was always available when we needed help, and her food was amazing. We stayed at Katerina‘s Apartments for a week, then decided to add another night. The rooms were pleasant and clean, with a lovely view over the sea. It’s a great base for exploring western Crete and its beaches. We’d absolutely recommend it and will be back.

The bar was great, the food tasty, and the pool had a lovely view of the beach. Shops and more places to eat and drink are a short walk away, and you can get to the beach by stepping over the wall. I was lucky to spend a whole week here. Katerina, Apostoli, and their family are so welcoming that you feel like one of their own. I’ll recommend the place to everyone I meet. Thanks for having me!
