We were given just one clean set of sheets per bed, and changing the towels and sheets and having the room cleaned on day five costs an extra €30. That charge wasn't mentioned on the booking page, which also doesn't say that cleaning is excluded from the room rate. The hotel itself matches the photos, with roomy, modern rooms and the amenities described. Tertsa is a quiet village on Heraklion's south coast, a nice place to unwind, but the cleaning arrangements need attention.

The hosts were warm and cheerful, and the apartments were comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. There's parking too. The beach and village center are just a couple of steps away, handy for swimming or finding something to eat. I'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a ground-floor apartment and found it clean, modern, and fully equipped. The sea is only a few steps away, which made this a great pick for our family holiday. Thanks so much, we'd choose you again next time we're in the south.

Just steps from the sea, with everything else you need close by. It's a lovely, clean and quiet place to stay in Tertsa, probably the best!

The hosts were so welcoming, and the studios were clean and nicely decorated. It's a beautiful, very peaceful place. I'd happily come back and recommend it.
