Being right in the village center was handy, with shops and other services close by. We had asked for a double room facing the front with at least a partial port view, and had been told one was available. Instead, we were given a room at the back. The receptionist said she couldn't guarantee a particular room, although we'd already been assured the front one was available. She said we might be moved in the coming days, but during our seven-night stay it never happened, and nobody followed up. The room had no safe for valuables. Housekeeping was professional and respectful, and the room was clean. The hostess at reception, who was the only person at the desk, came across as distant and unwelcoming, which left a bad impression. It was our first trip to Thassos after holidays in many other parts of Greece. We don't plan to return. In various places around the island, we found people not particularly friendly or courteous, and the trip left us disappointed.

We loved staying here. The hotel is right in town but stays quiet at night, and the beds were great. From the lovely balcony we could sit all day and watch the sun go down. Our restored room was beautiful and clean, with a sea view and a view over the town's activity. There was a lift to the upper floors, and the service was great.

We had a balcony overlooking the sea, and the room was tidy, clean and nicely decorated. It's a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly. I'd happily recommend staying here.

We had everything we needed, including a balcony, though our room was a little small. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. Its spot in Limenas, close to restaurants and markets, was perfect. Worth the price!
