Fengari hikes are a perfect reason to stay here. Christos, the owner, is lively and very kind, and gave us advice on where to eat, what to see on the island and questions about the mountain or thermal hot springs. The rooms were clean, the price was very good, and there was parking and internet. I loved the music at reception too. I was happy to spend these three nights here, and would definitely recommend it.

Christos is the reason to stay here in Samothraki. He’s such a lovely host, and I’m sure you’ll feel like friends as soon as you meet him. The hotel is cozy and just right for hot summer days, with everything you need. I especially liked the roses growing toward the room, the high ceilings and the vanity mirror. The room was very clean, and there are cafes, thermal baths, the sea and waterfall hiking trails all within walking distance.

Orpheus is pure magic. It’s in Therma, right beside centuries-old plane trees, including one that’s 1,600 years old. The healing hot mineral water is close, and the beach isn’t far either. It’s also a starting point for walks up into the mountains to see amazing waterfalls. We always stay at this hotel when we visit our favourite island, Samothraki. Our host, Christos, is one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met, a soul brother.

The rooms were OK, but the owner was rude. He wanted us to check out before the proper checkout time, and he was rude to his staff too.

A quiet spot, about a minute from Therma’s square. The owner was pleasant and helpful with directions around the island. He let me keep my dog in the room, and of course there was no damage.
