The chat with the hotel through the Booking.com app had been hacked. Someone pushed me to follow a link and enter my card details, which made me uneasy. I emailed the hotel before travelling to warn them, but never got a reply or even an acknowledgement. Apart from that, I had a great stay. The receptionist was very friendly and let me check in 90 minutes early. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the interior is very well done. The location is as central as it gets in Thessaloniki. Highly recommended.

We had a really bad experience and won't stay here again. The room was poor, the toilet and sink didn't work properly, and the air conditioner was behind a wall that didn't reach the room. The door lock was awful too. We entered the right codes, but it took four tries to open. We booked through Booking.com and paid the amount due, but when we got near the hotel we found the main entrance locked. We hadn't been given the required code, and there was no staff on site. We waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come help with the codes and keys. The receptionist's attitude was bad, and we were charged extra to get the codes. Apparently this fee had to be paid before arrival to receive the codes in advance, but the hotel had never told us that. We'd never had problems booking through Booking.com before.

Really spacious rooms and bathroom, with big, comfy beds. You can request a French balcony. The location in the heart of Ladadika is super. I'd recommend it for the price.

We stayed one night with family. The location is excellent, close to the port and all the restaurants and bars, and our room was clean. The bathroom still needs some finishing, and the rooms could be improved overall. The air conditioning was very good, and the August heat wasn't a problem. Special mention for the great breakfast. Our room was at the corner of the building, right above the crowded restaurant area, so it was noisy until 1 AM. If you're planning to party, this spot is great, but that noise is why I couldn't give five stars. There isn't a reception here, so you need to go to the other Colors hotel, 200m away, which is easy to reach. There's public parking 50m from the hotel, but it's very crowded and has a four-hour maximum payment. It may work if you arrive in the evening, and on weekends it's free from 21 to 09. Otherwise, you're better off finding a 24/24 parking lot.
