Comely Luxury Apt Must

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well equipped, and it's quiet and very pleasant inside, even though it's on the 7th floor above a lively street with shops, pizzerias, and food stores open until the early hours. It's in a great central spot in Thessaloniki, close to the city's attractions. The bathroom could use some work. The toilet button was loose, and the shower glass wasn't sealed, so water ran onto the bathroom floor. A few hundred euros' worth of attention would make the place perfect in every way.

The shower was in unacceptable shape, with mold and holes in the wall, and using it flooded the whole hallway. Some of the furnishings were dirty and old, and the rest was poor. Communication with the landlord was difficult because he barely speaks English. The accommodation is anything but luxurious, and I found the Booking.com reviews and information misleading. Our photos speak for themselves. We did return the apartment keys at the end of the stay we had paid for.
