Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki

It was my first trip to Greece, and I’m leaving with such good memories. The hotel is surrounded by nature, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were all so kind. Maria at check-in and the concierge with the gold badge, working mornings on the 24th and 27th, were especially wonderful. Sorry I forgot your name 😭 The hotel is a bit far from the city, so getting around without a car is hard, but the shuttle was super convenient. I’d love to come back. Thanks! 💙

The gardens were nicely kept, and the hotel has a quiet, peaceful feel despite being close to the airport. Getting there is easy, and there’s plenty of parking. The rooms are roomy, bright, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Breakfast has a superb range of options, while the common areas feel elegant and classy, with a calm, luxurious atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. A top-notch place to stay.

Everyone made my family and me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the General Manager was just as kind and attentive as the rest of the team. We enjoyed every moment, felt very well looked after, and are already looking forward to coming back this year. We highly recommend the hotel.

The Executive Club was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The food was divine, served beautifully in an elegant but relaxed setting. The pistachio and vanilla cream dessert was pure ambrosia, definitely try it! Adonis and Iakovos made every meal feel special with warm, attentive service. At the pool, Christina noticed I was struggling to take selfies by myself and kindly offered to take pictures for me. That thoughtful little moment meant a lot. We also want to thank Loukas, Dimitri, and Magka at reception for making us feel at home with their welcoming, attentive service. Marios and Veselis at Concierge were so helpful too, with local knowledge and spot-on recommendations that made getting around Thessaloniki easy. From the landscaped grounds and peaceful pool to the luxurious rooms and wellness facilities, Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki exceeded our expectations. We had wonderful service from the moment we arrived, and the attention to detail made our visit special. Whether for business, a romantic trip, or a relaxing break, Hyatt Thessaloniki delivers. We’ll absolutely return and recommend it.
