We tried contacting the host several times, but either got no reply or received vague, dismissive answers. They were unresponsive and not helpful.

I was very disappointed by how little communication there was throughout this process. I requested a cancellation and tried to contact the hotel, but heard nothing back. Booking.com support also said they couldn't reach them. Even if the hotel wasn't willing to make an exception to its cancellation policy, I expected a clear explanation. I was charged 16 euros in city tax even though the stay never happened, and neither the hotel nor Booking.com explained the fee clearly. The problem wasn't just the refund request, but the lack of communication and customer service. Based on this experience, I can't recommend the hotel.

I booked room 4 at p30 for four days, expecting better than what I found. From the moment I entered the apartment, there was a very bad smell, like clogged pipes, and the toilet smelled too. The place wasn't worth the money. The floor was dirty, there was mold and black staining on the wall, and a light fixture hung over the bed with its wires exposed against the surface. It also wasn't in the condition I expected from its appearance and presentation. When they asked about my stay, I explained the problems and sent photos, but got no response. I wouldn't choose it. What a shame.

There was no hygiene or cleanliness, no hot water or internet, and no involvement from management. The place smelled like a septic tank, and there were insects and hair. The beds and furniture were old, and the environment felt unsafe.
