I left a tip on the nightstand for the maid, to thank her for cleaning the room and bringing the extras I asked for. The blonde receptionist, PETRA, took it instead. What kind of business is this? I think it's shameful how they exploit the workers and take the profits. Worst hotel in Selanik. Don't go there.

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean with no bad smells. It's an affordable four-star place close to the center, with good A.C. A nice option for a few days in Thessaloniki.

The interior is beautiful, the location is good, and the staff are friendly. The bathroom is tiny, the internet is poor quality, and breakfast is basic.

There are lots of shops nearby, and you can walk to the main square or the sea in about 10 minutes. The hotel is right in the city center and welcomes pets. Our room was cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. Breakfast tasted good, though a few more choices would have been nice.

The breakfast was good, and most of the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is a bit old, so a few things didn't work well, but it was fine for a short stay. One receptionist was angry with everyone and made us uncomfortable: a perfume bottle blew over and broke in the bathroom, and when we politely called for help, he shouted that it wasn't his fault and he wouldn't help. Ten minutes later he came and cleaned it as if nothing had happened, while lecturing us about how to behave. And if you're not Greek, they treat you better! 😑
