Modern Revival Luxury Hotel

I liked the hotel and its balcony in the center of Thessaloniki. My one concern was that the room's heating didn't work, and I was there in winter.

The staff were very polite, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was good, although a little repetitive. The hotel has been refurbished and looks good, and the rooms were cleaned daily and kept very clean. They're decent, but the pillows could be more comfortable and the bathroom layout, especially the shower cabin, could be better. Our hairdryer wasn't working, but reception fixed it right away after we asked. We had requested one large bed and got two pushed together. To be fair, the hotel had clearly said at booking that preferences would be followed only if there was availability. Public parking is close by, though expensive at 15 EUR a day.

We stayed two nights and had a really nice time. The rooms were good for two people, and you could have them cleaned every day if you wanted. Breakfast had lots of choices, from 7:30 until, I think, 10. There's also a bar by reception for coffee and pastries. The place was clean, the staff were lovely, and the whole stay felt great. Thanks, we'd definitely come back if we're in Thessaloniki again.

The breakfast was okay, but I didn't think it was worth the extra cost. Our room felt much too small for three people, and the shower had just one door, leaving the side open to the toilet. The space was so cramped you could barely get in, and water spilled out. Before we arrived, we were quoted 15 euros a day for parking. Once there, they said our car was too big and wanted 30 euros per day. We found parking on nearby streets and in lots for less than 30 euros total for our three-day stay.
