Plaza Hotel

The location worked perfectly for me. I arrived to check in at 4:00 a.m., and the staff helped with parking and my luggage and explained everything I needed to know. At checkout, two women at reception took my key and details, let me get breakfast without delay, and quickly prepared the documents I’d requested in a very professional way. I’d recommend staying here, and I’ll return whenever I’m in Thessaloniki.

The staff were polite, professional, and helpful, and there was a group of employees who really raised the hotel's standard. It's clean, nice, and central, which is its biggest plus, though there aren't many amenities. During our stay the water was shut off, and since there was no water tank, we had some difficulty.

The buffet and location were okay. The room, though, felt like an old sanitary office turned into a two-bed room, or at least I couldn’t tell. The mattresses were bumpy all over, like they were 50 years old. Not worth it.

Thanks for the kindness, and especially that phenomenal breakfast. Really good hotel. See you again.
