Sophia was so caring and went out of her way to make sure my son was doing well during his few days there. He checked out today, and we were impressed with the rooms, breakfast, and staff. We've visited Thessaloniki four times before, and this was an incredible stay from start to finish. Julia and Georgia were especially lovely, with warmth, professionalism, and real attention to detail that made us feel so welcome. The hotel was beautifully designed, spotless, and comfortable, and the location put everything we needed within walking distance. We honestly didn't want to leave. The team were friendly, helpful, and really focused on making us feel well looked after the whole time. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, with a few small details that made us smile. Sigma suites Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood not far from the center, which you can reach on foot or by bus, with a stop right in front. There's free parking, plus a cosy lobby bar and a gym. I highly recommend it.
