We felt really looked after at The Modernist in Thessaloniki. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and happy to help, and the room was clean, comfortable, and really nice. Everything felt welcoming and well organized. I had a great time and would gladly return. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Thessaloniki.

The central location made it easy to explore Thessaloniki, yet the hotel itself stayed peaceful. My room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were kind, professional, and ready to help. From the first moment I felt welcome and cared for. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was such a treat, and the staff were warm and always helpful. The Modernist Hotel in Thessaloniki has loads of character, with a stylish, cozy feel. It’s right across from the square and only a two-minute walk from the sea. There’s also a lovely art gallery, a cute shop, and an amazing café inside. I’ll definitely be back.

Our little dog was treated like a Guest of Honour and quickly made friends with the whole team. The staff were kind, friendly, and great with suggestions and recommendations throughout our winter break at the end of the year. The rooftop breakfast had a wide range of local and international options. The location is hard to beat, just around the corner from Aristoteles Square in the lively city centre. We had an amazing experience all round.

We’d be happy to come back to The Modernist Thessaloniki. The breakfast was delicious, with lovely quality and attention to detail, and the hotel’s right in the city centre. We booked a Medium room and were delighted to find a beautiful terrace as well as a comfortable, thoughtfully designed space. The team’s genuine warmth and attentiveness made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. A charming place with impeccable service.
