We stayed for two nights and didn’t feel unsafe walking to the hotel at night. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the city’s nightlife area. Parking was no problem for us. The hotel’s street can be busy, but anyone should be able to find a space for their car. Make sure you get the welcome email with the passwords and other details, because there’s no staff member at the hotel to help if you don’t.

We had a nice stay, it was really clean, and parking was easy to find. The area looked a bit neglected and unsafe, though it’s only 15 minutes from the city centre and close to the one salonica outlet.

For the price, it was a pretty standard place, so I can’t complain about value. The showers only had shampoo, no body wash. In summer they automatically replace the duvets with thin, rough blankets. The first iron was broken, and the replacement didn’t work either. There’s supposedly laundry in the basement, but housekeeping linens and towels occupy it almost all the time, which makes it hard to use.

The smooth check-in and friendly, helpful staff made things easy. Urban Elephant Apartments felt peaceful while still being close to everything. The apartment was modern, spotless, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was stylish but cozy, with a home-away-from-home feel. Great for a short trip or a longer stay, and I’d happily stay again. 10/10!

The apartment had lovely views, all the utilities, and a beautiful terrace. It was easy to find, with straightforward online check-in and electronic access. The instructions were clear in the email and WhatsApp messages, and the host kept in touch and was quick to help. Parking can be tricky. I’d reserved a space, but a car registered in Bulgaria was parked in it. Staff helped us right away on WhatsApp, and although we spent an extra 30 minutes sorting it out online at the end of the day, we did manage to park.
