Sunshine Hotel and Apartments

We enjoyed the lovely private pool, and our rooms were cleaned daily. The ladies doing the cleaning were faultless. We didn't enjoy the all-inclusive food or drinks, though. One of the three women at the pool bar was rude to all three women in our group of five, while being lovely to the two men. She even asked if she could marry one of them, despite knowing he had a partner. The food and drinks were the main letdown.

We booked this little gem as an end-of-year treat and weren't disappointed. The receptionist team were incredible all week and couldn't do enough for us. Room 505 was beautiful and clean, with easy pool access, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool and sunbeds were amazing too. The VIP beds are worth considering at €10 a day. The restaurant service was spot on, with waiters always ready to bring drinks, and the food was top rate. The stewed steak, fish and vegetables were delicious and well prepared, with a good choice of dishes at each meal. I saw reviews calling the food bland and repetitive, but that wasn't our experience. The car rental company attached to the hotel was great value, and Yani, the main guy, was so helpful with great deals on the cars, bikes and buggies we hired. I'd definitely recommend an Ebike for €15 a day. The staff gave us beautiful memories.

We had a brilliant week here. The hotel is a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants, and the beautiful beach is about five minutes away. Our room had fresh towels and was cleaned every day, and all the staff were friendly and happy to help. We could always find something we liked at the all-inclusive meals. The local spirits took some getting used to and weren't my favourite, but that was what I expected.

We had such a relaxing anniversary week at the sunshine hotel and will definitely return. The place was lovely, with great food, service and really friendly staff. One day the cleaning team decorated our room with flowers and heart-shaped towels, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made the holiday extra special. Thank you so much.
