I stayed here for a short while when I visited a year ago, and it was wonderful.

We came to the island in mid-May and found the place both beautiful and elegant. The rooms are very conveniently located, close to the town as well as the port, and the service was very good. My only complaint was that the bed linen looked as if it had been used before.

It’s a sweet apartment, and the owner is a nice woman. The room was very damp, though, and felt cold and smelled bad. The blanket and duvet didn’t look clean to me, and I thought they must have been reused. The bottom sheet had no elastic, so we ended up sleeping on the mattress. One last thing, especially for girls: there was no hairdryer. There was an iron for clothes, but no hair iron. 🤔

The sheets had blood on them, the toilet lid was broken and black inside the cracks, and there was hair in the shower. When I bathed, the water came up to my ankles. There wasn't even a glass or bottle of water in the room, and no rail or hanger for clothes. The only clothesline was shared and ran through rooms used by other guests. At 10:30 at night, I had to call the hostess to ask where I could find one. I also asked for clothespins, but she said she was at a friend's in a village and asked what she could do for me. Was I supposed to go out and buy them? An extremely old man, about 11 years old, brought us there and made me very uncomfortable. I would never stay again. It's a shame places like this exist with hosts like that.
