The room was tiny, barely big enough for the bed, and opening the terrace door made it hit the bed. There was no closet, so I had to put my clothes bag on the night desk. The place was dusty and dirty, and things were in poor shape, including rusty showers and broken mirrors. They had covered the windows, so there was no view outside. The website says the windows are soundproof, but I could clearly hear church bells and ferry horns. The walls were paper thin too, and I heard my neighbors' conversation and snoring. Service was horrible. The receptionist and most of the team seemed to have a hard time smiling, though the cleaning lady did smile. When I reported small bugs and lice in the bed, after a lot of back and forth they basically said they weren't dangerous. They didn't offer another room, and I slept very little. A very bad experience at Nama Boutique Hotel, which I can't recommend. I'd say the chances of finding a better nearby hotel are 99%. Spend a little more and stay away from bed bugs.

The harbour view from our room was great, and the hotel's location is very good. We were here as part of a Secret Escapes island tour. The room was clean, and the staff friendly and helpful, but everything was adequate and no more. Breakfast was basic and underwhelming, and the plain breakfast room had no charm.

We chose not to have breakfast. The eating area looked unattractive, like a cheap travel lodge. The bathroom needed updating and the towels were thin. Still, the lovely port view from our balcony and a very comfortable bed with crisp white sheets were what we needed. The bedroom itself was very nice.

We had a lovely view over the port and the location was great. The room was clean, but quite dated for a boutique hotel. Breakfast was the main letdown, with very little variety in a hot, uncomfortable room that felt uninviting and had no charm. I'd suggest staying here for the location, though anyone after a real boutique feel and a quality breakfast may want something else.

We only spent a short time at the hotel while exploring beautiful Tinos, and it worked well for a short stay. It's a small hotel right by the ferry port, in a very convenient spot in the middle of the port town. The rooms were clean and tidy, just okay, nothing special. Breakfast was similar, nothing special but with a little of everything.
