The owner was kind and helpful, and the room was clean with daily cleaning. The bed was comfortable, though it squeaked. You're right in town, close to the port as well as shops, bars and restaurants. An easy four stars, recommended.

We were left with a room near reception on the ground floor, despite having agreed on one on the first floor. We eventually changed rooms, but only after another move on the third day. The reception was empty much of the time, and when we raised an issue, the response was basically, “What should I do? People make mistakes,” instead of fixing the error. The service was poor. Wi-Fi was unavailable most of the time during our five-day stay. The rooms were clean enough, but need immediate renovation. The bed linen was poor, there was a smell from the bathroom drain, and the boiler worked badly.

The staff were lovely, and they can pick you up at the port. It's a nice, cosy hotel near the church, the shops and the road that takes you to the beaches.

The owner was really kind and gave us lots of helpful suggestions. Our room was clean and cosy, just a few steps from the city centre. Highly recommended.
