A cozy place, very clean, with welcoming staff. The WiFi was a bit unreliable, much like at other places in Greece in summer. It’s well placed for visiting Tolo, Nafplio and Plaka beach, and other sights are within reach too. Mykene archeological site is about 20 minutes away, and Epidaurus roughly 30.

We stayed as a family for two weeks and found Villa Lilly a great place for a relaxed holiday. The rooms were large, bright and very clean, the pool was clean too, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were really nice and helpful. Villa lilly is uphill from Tolo, so it’s peaceful and quiet, with a restaurant and a bar about a five-minute walk toward town. Tolo is a lovely little tourist town with plenty of restaurants, car rentals, pharmacies, a beach and water sports. Prices seemed reasonable, and the Greek people were welcoming, polite and warm. If you’re coming from Athens or Kalamata airport without a rental car, the owners can arrange affordable transport, much cheaper than taking a taxi from the airport. I’d definitely recommend Villa Lilly.

We rented the spacious ground-floor room facing the pool. There was plenty of space for five people to stay comfortably.

A clean, spacious and quiet place in a very peaceful location, within walking distance of the centre of Tolo. Definitely recommended.
