The views from the upper floors across the whole bay of Tolo were amazing, and there was often a nice little breeze through the studio. The location is a big plus: about 100m from everything, on an easy gradual slope rather than at the top of a steep hill. Parking was free and available when we stayed, though I imagine that might not be guaranteed in peak season. The two brothers who own the place were delightful and went out of their way to welcome everyone and sort out anything needed in the rooms. The rooms are older Greek style and simple, but bright and well equipped. They were incredibly clean, with cleaners often emptying bins and sweeping, and towels and linen changed regularly. Beds were comfortable, the linens and pillows good quality, and the kitchenette was handy for making a snack. The air-conditioning worked very well, and blackout curtains helped us sleep past sunrise. This isn’t luxury accommodation, but it was more than comfortable and exceptional value for the location, cleanliness, and hospitality. I highly recommend Ntemos.

The owner was very kind, and the accommodation was clean, though dated. For the price, that part was fine, and the parking was useful. But comfort was a real problem for me. The first mattress had springs sticking out and made the little sleep I got painful. They moved us to another room, but its mattress was just foam, and I had another sleepless night. It feels like this hotel is focused on quantity over quality. If uncomfortable beds don’t bother you, it may be worth considering for the value and parking.

We liked our stay at Demos so much during our 2023 Peloponese road trip that we booked again for July 2024, this time for a longer visit. We were just as pleased the second time. The host is very kind, the apartments are quite clean, and there’s always been a free parking spot when we needed one. The hosts are available and willing to help. Warmly recommended.

Before finding Ntemos Apartments, we had stayed at three different hotels or apartments in Tolo, and we’ll definitely return here in the future. The apartments are clean, offer an incredible sea view, and are within walking distance of the beach. The host and staff are very friendly and ready to help with anything. Great value for money.
