The setting is lovely, right by the water, and there’s a big furnished patio with beach chairs. The room was very basic, though, and the tiny shower had very low pressure and only a handheld head. The WiFi wasn’t good either. There’s no parking at the hotel. A public lot is a few blocks away, but at busy times it can be hard to find a space.

We left three days early because the atmosphere felt bad throughout our stay, and the hotel was small and run down. We had booked a room with a "sea view," but could barely see the sea. The staff were unpleasant, and Bravo Tours wouldn’t help. The receptionist said there was nothing they could do because they weren’t lumberjacks. This was a few years ago, but I’m sure it hasn’t improved. A poor experience.

The sea was emerald green, with golden sand stretching into and out of the water. We had a fantastic stay right by the sea, and the food was excellent quality for very reasonable prices. Management were marvelous, and the staff were professional and keen to make the experience special. Can’t wait to come back next summer!
