The restaurant was delicious, the staff were lovely, and the setting is such a cool one, a perfect break from everyday life. We came during a cold snap, though, so the pool and bikes weren't usable. One heads-up: our GPS had trouble with the directions, and the road is a little dicey, so follow the signs and be careful.

We had three units in our group and everyone loved their room. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was good, and breakfast the next morning was very nice too. It’s a great Greek mountain getaway, with commanding views over the valley from its spot at the end of a twisty mountain road. I’d recommend it for a quiet retreat.

The bed was a bit small for someone 6ft 5” tall, and the road up to the hotel needs maintenance. Still, staying here felt like being in another country, even with the friendly Greek service and food. It’s tucked into the lush green mountains of the Peloponnese, a brilliant place to explore and then return to. The staff were among the friendliest we met in three weeks in Greece, so welcoming and keen to help make our stay great. The facilities were lovely, and the restaurant looked pretty, though the food was a bit basic. Breakfast was brilliant and so tasty.
