The rooms had no soundproofing, so even ordinary talking could bring complaints. Some doors wouldn’t lock properly, and people could get into rooms with random cards, which felt like a serious safety problem. We also found some doors already damaged when we arrived, but students were blamed unfairly. The room cleanliness was poor, and around €10 went missing, which made us feel unsafe. They charged us about €5 extra without telling us beforehand. The man at reception often raised his voice and made things tense. Food was mediocre, and breakfast was especially poor. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel, particularly for school trips or anyone looking for safety, comfort, and professional service.

Staying here with my school for Erasmus became a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. It means a lot emotionally, and the memories I brought back to my country are the most precious things I carry. Thank you for being in the right place at the right time and helping a group of young people have the best time of their lives.

We were on our way to Meteora when I came across this little gem in the center of Trikala. The hotel was so convenient that we stayed two extra nights to explore the city, sample local delicacies, and cycle around. Trikala is Greece’s most bike-friendly city! Ntinas Hotel was right in the middle of town, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the "Elf village", which made it a great fit for our Christmas trip to Trikala. The only hassle was finding parking in an already crowded city center. The room was spotless and cozy, with heating, air conditioning, and hot water all day. We had a comfortable bed, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast to set us up for a mountain day trip.
