The hotel was fairly average, and there are a few things that could be better. The staff, though, were fantastic from day one: friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were always up for a chat, ready with advice, and made sure we felt comfortable. Because of them, we’ll remember the holiday very fondly. The hotel wasn’t perfect, but the people working there really made a difference.

We chose this hotel because it was handy for Ouranoupoli, where my friends and I were catching a boat to visit Mount Athos. It was a great choice. The place was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a location that worked well for Mount Athos and the surrounding area. The staff were always welcoming and glad to help. We also happened to be there for their end-of-season staff party. Everyone was so cheerful and full of positive energy, and it added a lovely warmth to our stay. Highly recommended.

The staff were polite, but the resort seemed understaffed for its size. We stayed for 14 nights in June–July 2024 on a half-board basis, for approximately €4000. The food was dirty throughout and didn't match the advertised 5-star category. The rooms also showed obvious wear, with a leaking AC, a phone that didn't work properly, doors that screamed, and dirt in the room. Not recommended 👎

We stayed during the last week of September, and found the hotel baby friendly. Dora in the restaurant was especially lovely. She kept making our baby laugh, and he adored her.

This was our first time in Greece, and the people and location here left a lasting impression. We absolutely loved the place. Babis, Dima, Vaggelis and Agapi deserve a special mention. Give them a payrise, they make the place!
