Really good place.

For cleanliness and living conditions, I'd give it four stars. The hostess's attitude gets two from me. She ruined my whole vacation. Be aware that you'll always be watched from the bar next door. I wouldn't recommend it.

There are lots of cafes nearby, and the sea is only 20-30 meters away. Parking's a bit tricky, since it's about 300 meters away. Not bad overall.
